"Shipping was a game changer!"
The most impressive aspect was the delivery time. Getting what I wanted in just a few weeks is truly fantastic! I previously ordered from another vendor in China and had to wait nearly 6 weeks. Never again! Joyas is now my go-to place, and this was my second order. No letdowns whatsoever. I definitely recommend it!

I still haven't received my items and I've reached out multiple times about my refund, but I haven't seen my money back yet. Honestly, I won't be recommending your shop, and I definitely won't be shopping here again.

"Delivery Estimates Are Off"
The delivery estimates are way off. It said 8-12 business days starting November 9, but here we are on December 9, and it still shows as unfulfilled. The tracking info I finally got after asking for it hasn’t budged since November 22. Customer service? Not great. It takes days to get a response, and when you do, it’s not really helpful.

They never sent my order. Seriously, steer clear of this site! It's a total scam. I've been waiting for a month now 🤣🤣, and they keep saying, 'Don't worry, we'll repack your items.' What a load of nonsense! I wouldn't suggest anyone shop here.

"Spent nearly $100 on quick delivery and..."
I forked out nearly $100 for speedy shipping, but it took close to 3 weeks to get here. To make matters worse, some items were missing and the colors were all mixed up. I had to contact them and let them know that this ain't how you keep customers coming back. They mentioned that shipping is just crazy right now, but honestly, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!
